Hi, I´m Marian Taboada
I’m a clinical psychologist and a forest therapy guide, supporting adults navigating grief, breakups, end-of-life accompaniment, and profound reinvention.
Rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I tailor sessions to your unique journey, integrating tools to foster self-awareness, deep emotional connection, and meaningful growth. I believe psychology adjusts to people, not people to psychology.
We work together through online and/or in-person sessions. The first session lasts 90 minutes, with follow-ups of 60 minutes. After an initial evaluation, I will propose a personalized therapy plan, which we will design together.
You’ll receive exercises and reflections to work on between sessions. Session frequency and duration will adapt as your process unfolds, we move at your pace.
I work with adults of all ages and from over 20 nationalities, honoring their cultural identity and personal story throughout our work. Confidentiality and creating a safe, respectful environment are central to my approach.
If you’re interested in beginning, please fill out the intake form and I will personally contact you to get started.
